Absolutely wonderful staff here. After a horrible experience at Lakeway Animal Clinic in Paris, TN we decided to bring our sweet 20 year old kitty to Dr. Boley for a second opinion as she had seen him years ago for a necessary partial leg amputation due to an accident. Never ever going anywhere else. We were in and out in half the time it Lakeway to send us home with nothing but sadness and fear for her. It was like half the cost too. All of the staff, even the receptionist, are extremely compassionate and joyous to even be around. Our kitty had to stay for about 2-3 days and they were very understanding and let us come visit her and bring her favorite wet food. We even stayed during their lunch break to spend some extra time with her which they absolutely did not have to do but we were very grateful for. They were very attentive to her and our calls to check in on her. By far the best veterinary staff I have ever had the pleasure of needing to bring a furry family member to. Coming from someone from East TN who used to have a ferret that was in and out of emergency vet visits constantly. Thank you so much Animal Doctor team!!
